If you think that the current iPhone 11 Pro Max’s 6.1-inch display is still too “small” for your liking, there is some good news to be had. According to a report from Korean publication ETNews, it has been suggested that Apple could actually increase the size of its iPhone where it could be bumped up to 6.7-inches.
In addition to releasing an iPhone with a larger display, the report claims that Apple could also be reducing the size of its smallest iPhone, where it will be dropped to 5.4-inches. However, Apple is also rumored to be maintaining its 6.1-inch iPhone, meaning that we will be looking at three iPhones with 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.7-inch displays.
What’s also interesting about this report is that it claims that Apple could finally be shifting to a full OLED iPhone lineup. As it stands, the iPhone 11 lineup includes two OLED models and one LCD model, but if the report is true, next year’s iPhones will all use OLED displays. There are also talks about how Apple could employ new display technology which will be thinner than before.
It’s hard to say how true these rumors are so take it with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
