According to a recent rumor, it was suggested that the iPhone 12 series could be announced at an event scheduled for the 13th of October. Apple has yet to officially confirm the dates, but the latest tweet from well-known leakster Jon Prosser has “confirmed” that date to be true based on his sources.
However, it seems that if you were looking forward to getting your hands on the new iPhones, it should be noted that the iPhone 12 Pro series might be released later. While all phones will most likely be announced at the event, Prosser had previously claimed that the release of the Pro models will most likely take place in November.
Lines up with the dates I have you last month 👀
I was told:

Apple is set to release as many as four iPhone models this year, starting wit the base iPhone 12 mini, followed by the iPhone 12, and there will be the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max models. The latter two devices are said to be released in November, while the former two devices will most likely go up for pre-order the same week they’re announced, and will start shipping out the week after on the 19th of October.
Take it with a grain of salt for now, but as we are approaching October, hopefully Apple will have an official date to share soon.
