NVIDIA’s GeForce Now Updated With M1 Mac Support

If you’re one of the early adopters of Apple’s new M1 Mac computers, you might be interested to learn that NVIDIA has recently updated its GeForce Now game streaming app where it will now be officially supported on the M1 chipset.

NVIDIA previously released a macOS app that allowed gamers to stream games through their GeForce Now service, but now with the M1 chipset support, more Mac gamers will be able to stream their favorite games. It should be noted that playing through the app is just one of the ways you can use NVIDIA’s service.

The company’s streaming service can also be also be streamed through browsers like Safari on the iPhone and iPad, which allowed the company to bypass the strict requirements that Apple has if they wanted to create an official iOS app for it. The company had also recently updated its service where it can now also be accessed through Google Chrome.

All these different venues means that gamers will have more choices as to which medium they want to stream the service through, which is a good thing as it makes it more accessible to the masses. The latest update to GeForce Now will also come with a host of bug fixes, so it might be worth checking out anyway.
